Qingling Motors Co., Ltd. was established in 1985 as a joint venture between Isuzu Motors Limited and Chongqing Automobile Factory. It is a Chinese state-owned enterprise headquartered in Chongqing, China, and is the first joint venture for commercial vehicles in the country. Qingling manufactures and sells ISUZU-branded commercial trucks in China (with exported products branded as Qingling).
